  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, poppy seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until well blended.
  6. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
