A delicious twist on fried rice featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham that is both easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the chicken ham, peas, and carrots; cook until heated through.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil; mix well.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any additional vegetables you like.
  • For a spicier version, add some chili flakes.
