- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 8 large flour tortillas
- vegetable oil for frying
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chili powder and cumin and mix well.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture and shredded cheese onto each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
