  • 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place them in the dish with the mixed berries.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries, ensuring everything is well soaked.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
