- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onions and garlic; cook until the onions are soft.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk until just mixed. Avoid overmixing.
- Pour the beef mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture on top of the beef mixture, covering as much surface as possible.
