  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover with shredded cheese.
