1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add the rice, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
