  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for about a minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and milk, whisking until smooth and thickened.
  5. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
