- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and chop.
