  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberries with sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, and salt, then add melted butter and vanilla, mixing until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Layer the cranberry mixture over the crumbs, then sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before slicing into bars.
