- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cranberries with sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, and salt, then add melted butter and vanilla, mixing until crumbly.
