  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and sauté until crispy.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Stir in diced potatoes and chicken ham, then pour in chicken broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
