  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cook until heated through.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined.
