  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the Crockpot.
  2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic on top.
  3. Pour beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and pepper over the meat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  5. Shred the meat and stir it back into the juices.
  6. Serve on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
