These delicious high protein egg white bites are a perfect healthy snack or breakfast option. Packed with turkey bacon and fresh veggies, they are both satisfying and nutritious.

  • 12 egg whites
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, cooked turkey bacon, chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, diced onion, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
  5. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg bites are set and lightly browned.
  7. Let them cool slightly before serving.
