12 egg whites
4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, cooked turkey bacon, chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, diced onion, salt, and black pepper.
Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg bites are set and lightly browned.
