Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cooking spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Scoop the batter into small balls and place them in the air fryer basket.
  5. Lightly spray the churro bites with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove and cool slightly before serving.
