200 grams turkey bacon
150 grams chicken ham
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (400 grams) diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 carrots, diced
300 grams spaghetti
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Stir in turkey bacon and chicken ham, cook until browned.
Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, and carrots. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Drain spaghetti and mix with sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
