  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the bell pepper and onion until soft.
  3. Add garlic powder and onion powder to the sautéed vegetables.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked vegetables with cream cheese and provolone cheese.
  5. Take a slice of turkey bacon and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end. Roll it up tightly.
