A delicious and easy recipe that combines beef, sweet corn, and rotini pasta topped with cheddar ranch flavoring.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, rotini, sweet corn, ranch seasoning, milk, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
