- 1 cup macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another pot, cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat milk and mix in shredded cheese until melted.
- Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce and mix well.
- Layer the meat mixture and macaroni cheese in a baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
