A comforting and delicious casserole that combines the classic flavors of mac and cheese with a savory meatloaf twist.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, cooked macaroni, 2 cups of cheese, milk, eggs, and seasonings.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
