A delicious twist on traditional pancakes with turkey bacon.

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Place butter in a cast-iron skillet and melt it in the oven.
  4. Pour the batter into the hot skillet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While pancakes are baking, cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy.
  6. Remove pancakes from the oven and top with turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with maple syrup or fruit toppings.
