Delicious and easy-to-make mini grilled cheese sandwiches featuring savory turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for parties or a cozy meal.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and spread butter on the inside of each half.
  4. Layer the cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham on the bottom half of each roll.
  5. Close the rolls and place them on the grill.
  6. Cook until golden and the cheese is melted, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from heat, cut in half, and serve warm.
