  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil the whole chicken in chicken broth until fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside to cool.
  2. In the same broth, add chopped carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
