  • 250 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 200 grams ladyfinger cookies
  • 50 grams grated coconut
  • 100 grams Raffaello candies, halved

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Dip ladyfinger cookies in brewed coffee briefly and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Sprinkle grated coconut and halved Raffaello candies over the mascarpone layer.
  5. Repeat the layers with remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, coconut, and candies.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
