  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
