- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, salsa verde, rice, black beans, corn, cumin, and half of the cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
