  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup arugula, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread the crumbled feta evenly over the dough.
  6. Distribute the cooked sausage pieces over the feta.
  7. Drizzle honey over the top.
  8. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  9. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula.
  11. Slice and serve hot.
