  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, broccoli, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and transfer to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute turkey with chicken if desired.
